Before starting Somebody Good, Inc. co-founder Steve Mancini was the manager of the Temporary Department of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Personnel Referral Service (where he was known as Alex to avoid confusion with another employee) for three years. While there, he also edited the BHBA journal called "The Bar Brief." Prior to that, Steve worked in the lodging industry and in retail for over fifteen years, and brings with him the extensive knowledge of customer service gained from those experiences.

Geoff Hoff worked in law offices for over ten years, and worked as an independent computer consultant for law and accountancy firms for over eight years. Geoff brings with him extensive experience in dealing cheerfully with diverse personalities.
